Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation there are specific rules and regulations valid in Slovakia
- Travelling to Slovakia is regulated by eHranica and form needs to be filled
- regional limits triggered by COVID Automat (Slovak only) which limits attendance based on activity and attendees vaccine/test/postCovid certification status .
Vršatec is part of Ilava region which is now in Orange zone ( with current limitations (sorry again Slovak only) ).
Currently the hotels can't offer accommodation and wellness services to people unable to prove vaccine/test/postCovid status.
We kindly ask all SAAB Session Slovakia 2021 attendees to follow the rules in effect for entry and stay.
accommodation is not included in the registration fee and needs to be arranged by filling in the data in registration form. Due to customized offer booking is possible only through our registration form.
This year we have two hotels available for accommodation, the preference should be marked in registration form
A) Hotel Vršatec The price is 30.00 € / adult / night, child under 15 with own bed 15.00 € / kid / night, kids under 6 without own bed for free. Breakfast is included.
B) Hotel Jason The price is 40.00 € / adult / night, child under 15 with own bed 20.00 € / kid / night, kids under 6 without own bed for free. Breakfast is included.
The accommodation fees needs to be paid in one transfer to the same account as registration fee.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation there are specific rules and regulations valid for entry to and stay in Slovakia. In the Ilava region we are staying in the current limitations (sorry page in Slovak only) mostly affect accommodation and and slightly dining if attendees are in the vaccinated/tested/postCovid group.
In case the situation worsens we might limit the attendance or the whole event could be cancelled.
To register you need to fill in and submit the online registration form and pay the registration fee after receiving confirmation.

Registrations and accommodation requests for the event need to be submitted between 16th September and 1st October 2021.
